The team:

Freshly formed Audience Foundation team is looking for a new family member - Quality Assurance Engineer. The team is responsible for the support and development of back-end services and REST APIs that are widely used by key Adform products. Our team owns data management platform which integrates and manages large volumes of data from numerous data sources as well as activates them for our customers, who are world known brands. We would like you to:

  • Focus on test automation and improvement of existing functional and non-functional tests
  • Define test methodology, criteria’s and test cases required to validate critical functionality
  • Prepare test plans, develop test cases and execute tests with a focus on coverage
  • Identify defects and write clear and reproducible bug reports
  • Work in an Agile and fast-paced environment in a cross-functional Scrum team
  • Share the best QA practices with QA community in organization

We believe you:

  • Are experienced software quality engineer with the deep understanding of how QA role fits within Agile software development process
  • Have experience with manual and automated testing
  • Have experience with API testing
  • Are familiar with at least 1 programming language (C# or Java)
  • Have basic knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Are familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g. GIT, DroneCI, TeamCity, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of at least one functional testing tools (e.g. MochaJS, Postman, Selenium, Nightwatch, etc.)
  • Self-organized, attentive to details, proactive, curious and creative
  • Good at verbal and written English

It would be an advantage if you:

  • Have basic knowledge of non-functional testing tools at least one (e.g. JMeter, WRK2, etc.)
  • Are familiar with modern virtualization/containerization technologies and tools (e.g. open stack, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Are familiar with load balancing techniques and tools (e.g. Ngnix, F5, etc.)
  • Are familiar with stream processing architectures (e.g. using Storm, Spark, Kafka, Rabbit MQ, etc.)
  • You have a relevant university or higher education degree

  • Monthly salary range for this position starts from 2200 euros gross however the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies
