Fraud Prevention Lead (Ad & Traffic Quality

Your Team:

We are looking for a Fraud Prevention Lead to join our Ad and Traffic Quality team that performs data analysis and accordingly builds visualization tools as well as algorithms to identify and block suspicious behaviour.

Your tasks:

  • Make sure that fraud detection methods are used appropriately throughout different parts of the company
  • Ensure that our solution is in-line with industry standards (i.e., provided by MRC, IAB, TAG)
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point to trouble shoot issues or challenges as they come up
  • Follow latest developments of fraud and fraud prevention methods in ad-tech industry
  • Maintain processes and documentation of solutions owned by team
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining tasks and processes that would include communicating with other teams
  • Provide mentoring and support to others in the organization in order to reduce load of ad-hoc queries
  • Regularly assess rule engine effectiveness and recommend improvements to create ongoing effective results

 About You:

  • BSc or higher in a quantitative field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SQL (considered as advantage)
  • Familiarity with R/Python (considered as advantage)
  • Interest in ad-tech industry
  • Interest in information security, hacking, networking (considered an advantage)
  • Knowledge of web technologies (considered an advantage)
