We are looking for Business Analyst in Creative Group which is responsible for development of Creatives management part of Adform platform. The solution covers the full Creative lifecycle starting from external tools like HTML5 studio and templates then metadata management in the system, optimization based on recommendations engine and at the end provides highly loaded endpoints for Creatives to be served to the web. Making all this an integrated workflow is our challenge at hands.

We would like you to:

  • Gather requirements together with Product Owner, define User Stories to deliver on Epics and Scopes, and work closely with engineering to ensure that the goals of the prioritized scopes are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams and architects, to deliver any needed in depth understanding of the functional area
  • Collaborate with other Technical Product Owners to understand dependencies and adoption scenarios
  • Monitor and escalate issues that may affect involved teams and/or scopes.
  • Clearly expressing Product Backlog items
  • Ensure that the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
  • Be comfortable in using different tools, such as diagrams, mockups, story map etc.
  • Continuously analyze the various dependencies and risk scenarios
  • Be the source of information about the parts of the product you are responsible for
  • Help answering RFP’s as a scope expert

 We believe you: 

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as IT Business Analyst
  • Are comfortable with at least one modeling tool
  • Are comfortable at and experience in writing business use cases and/or User Stories
  • Understand product development lifecycle
  • Have strong communications skills
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are focused on results
