About the role & team

An exciting opportunity to join Adform, one of the world’s leading advertising technology companies, in a role as Sales Operations Consultant. The Sales Operations Consultant role encompasses a broad range of projects and tasks that have a big impact on the future development of Adform. This includes sales enablement strategy, data analytics and reporting, training, sales process automation, and optimization. Working closely with multiple internal organizations (Sales, Finance, Marketing, and others), the Sales Operations Consultant ensures the needs of the go-to-market organization are met providing a sales enablement environment that optimizes the sales process to help meet the business targets and development objectives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and implementation of Salesforce vision and roadmap
  • Refining business requirements, developing actionable strategies and translating business requirements into workable Salesforce solution specifications
  • Configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet organizational needs together with the development teams
  • Sales pipeline data and other business metrics analysis, reporting, and dashboards creation to accelerate information – to – action at scale, to meet organizational information requirements regularly and on an ad hoc basis
  • Continuous education of Sales organization and other Salesforce users on the tooling and sales process ensuring global compliance to the business requirements
  • Projects to drive the changes and improvements for the Sales organization and continuously work on streamlining daily operational sales processes and suit of tools/accelerators, including automation initiatives
  • Key sales support systems/processes required to meet business development objectives 

 We expect you are/have:  

  • Bachelor degree or similar in business, finance, mathematics or equivalent field
  • 2+ years of professional experience with a focus in Sales or Business Operations. Knowledge of Sales Operations, pipeline management would be a significant advantage
  • Practical knowledge of CRM systems. Salesforce training, and/or experience working with Salesforce would be a significant advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Proactive ‘can do' attitude with the ability to solve problems effectively
  • Open & Caring, Agile & Innovative, Ownership Mindset

  • Monthly salary range for this position starts from 1800 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies
