Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager

Your Team

You will be a part of the global HR Operational Excellence team that comprises of three teams focused on Talent Acquisition, HR Systems and HR Operations. Your dedicated HR colleagues in these three teams are situated in Copenhagen and Vilnius. You will be based in Hamburg.

Your Tasks:

This is a dual role that means that you can work both in the longer-term planning landscape with employer branding as well as with providing immediate operational impact by recruiting new Adformers. It is here that your previous experience of sourcing and recruiting in the digital space will be put to good use as we have some heavy hitters who compete with us in this landscape so your network and experience and “know-how” are crucial.

In summary, your main focus areas will be as followed:

  • Source, pipeline and undertake commercial recruitments, primarily in our DACH region
  • Be a key player in the review and refresh of our global employer branding plan
  • Own & spearhead the execution of the finalized employer branding plan
  • Support local offices in the development of their local branding plans
  • Create a great curiosity and energy to participate in branding events in key markets with employees
  • Continuously contribute to developing a thorough understanding of our business in relation to employer branding and pipelining profiles
  • Provide guidance to our Branding Intern based in Vilnius office
  • Ensuring data quality and aligned processes

About You:

We are looking for a high caliber recruiter from the digital tech industry to grow our pipeline of talents. You could have a Master’s degree within HR or similar, but in general, we value experience. We picture that you have at least 5 years of experience of branding and recruitment. Track record and execution demonstrate a lot to us and show that you have the capacity to excel at this job. In addition, you must have excellent English, both written as well as spoken. You must also be able to speak German.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you interact with people at all levels and across different cultures. You have a strong drive and a personal impact that enables you to achieve goals and you enjoy handling multiple priorities and always stay on top of your tasks. You are experienced with driving and managing your own projects while having strong, proven stakeholder management that includes your HR colleagues, hiring managers and head of departments.

You can create a talent pipeline through targeted and innovative communication methods; you have strong social media skills and are acquainted with the latest branding approaches.
