Financial Planner & Analyst

About Your team:

We are looking for a professional, analytical and fast-learning colleague to join FP&A team for maintaining bonus estimation process. As a unit we are responsible for running best-in-class sales planning and reporting to C-level leaders and conducting various decisions enabling business analysis, thus, this role will be part of the „analytical engine“ of the company with great opportunities to grow and develop professionally.

Your Tasks:

  • Maintain track record of individual account portfolios for all bonus eligible employees in Commercial Organization
  • Calculate target attainment and bonus payout figures
  • Communicate target attainment figures to Commercial leadership
  • Estimate efficiency of bonus system
  • Conduct workshops to explain bonus system for company‘s employees
  • Participate in related system development projects and automation initiatives

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in Accounting / Audit / Finance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics
  • Strong numeric/analytical skills and attention to details
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets, experience with Tableau (or similar data visualization software) is an advantage
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Fluent and confident communicator in English, both written and spoken

  • Monthly salary range for this position starts from 1100 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies
