Finance Analyst / Business Controller

To strengthen sales management and revenue forecasting globally, we are looking to hire an experienced FP&A colleague to be part of our Financial Planning & Analysis team within finance. As a unit we are responsible for running best-in-class sales planning and reporting to C-level leaders and conducting various decisions enabling business analysis, thus, this role will be part of the „analytical engine“ of the company with great opportunities to grow and develop professionally.


Your Tasks:

  • Run sales reporting, analysis and forecasting process across 22 markets and 7 product areas
  • Monitor key performance indicators for Sales, highlight key trends and analyze variances to plan
  • Conduct quarterly bonus calculations and maintain bonus records
  • Prepare dashboards and sales reporting for sales leadership meetings and country leaders
  • Take part in and support in-depth financial analysis, business case modeling and insights for our Sales leadership team
  • Prepare reports for group management and Board of Directors


About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Financial Analyst, Business Controller or similar role, preferably with a company of comparable international scope and product and pricing complexity or from the consulting or auditing background
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics
  • Strong numeric/analytical skills, combined with ability to draw business insights
  • Structured and prioritized approach to tasks, attention to detail while still keeping an eye on the ‘big picture’
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to take responsibility and determination to proactively drive projects to successful results
  • Fluent and confident communicator in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint necessary, experience with Tableau (or similar data visualization software) highly desirable
