About the team

Adform Business Systems & Projects runs strategic projects and cross-organisational change programs. We implement and develop business tools for Adform to excel in various business disciplines. We believe in quality and  offer best-practices, training and state-of-the-art tools to make our colleagues successful.

As a director you will have 2 teams – our Project Management Office and a Team of developers building and maintaining a key application and building business tool integrations.


Main responsibilities:

  • Set and communicate clear and ambitious objectives for your teams;
  • Build and retain high performing teams;
  • Drive people performance and development to deliver business results and ensure their successful professional and personal growth in the company;
  • Build and maintain a project management framework for Adform;
  • Oversee multiple projects globally across Adform businesses and IT domains end-to-end;
  • Continue the development and integration of a key application in Adform and define a long-term strategy for the application
  • Secure the integrity of project, focusing on internal consistency and compliance to standards, processes and Adform strategies.

We expect you are/you have:

  • Sufficient amount of professional project management experience (preferably at least 5 years), including practical experience in Agile development, continuous integration processes & Scrum methodology;
  • Strong change management skills, including the ability to build cross-organizational relationships & programs;
  • Successful experience in leading, coaching and growing both project and technical teams;
  • Experience in training, e.g. in project management;
  • Strong strategic mindset with an ability to challenge status quo;
  • Performance-oriented with a strong ownership mindset;
  • Fluency in English – written and verbal;
  • Curious, informal and treat others with respect.

  • Monthly salary range for this position starts from 3000 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies.
