Customer Success Analyst

We’re hiring a Customer Success Analyst whose mission will be to analyse and determine business needs and solutions for our regional Customer Success Teams. You will report into the Director of Global Customer Success and will be our trusted partner in analyzing and defining customer success objectives and tool implementation. This is a highly analytical role. You will help to improve our business processes and services through data analysis and tool connectivity.

Main responsibilities:

  • Evaluate service processes, anticipating requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop solutions
  • Engage with Product Owners, Technical Architects and Customer Success Leader to understand how data-driven changes to process, services and software can improve efficiencies and add value
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
  • Update, implement and maintain procedures
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Monitor deliverable and ensuring timely completion of project
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Perform requirements analysis
  • Document and communicate processes and results in Confluence, Draw.IO etc.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.

We believe that you have/are:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA
  • A minimum of 3 years experience of working in SaaS field
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Competency in Microsoft applications incl. MS Suite (Sharepoint, Confluence, Draw.IO)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects

  • Monthly salary range for this position starts from 1600 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies.
