Being a global entity, Adform is subject to various laws and regulations, aimed at protecting childrens‘ data, specifically:

  • For advertisements aimed at the European Economic Area users – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  • For advertisements aimed at US audiences - Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA);
  • For UK audiences - UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code);
  • Other jurisdictions – other respective legal acts governing online advertising to children.

 

Adform does not knowingly and/or intentionally collect any personal information of individuals under the age of 16 (in the EU) and 13 (in the US). Therefore, if become aware that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 16, that information will be promptly deleted from our platform.
